Making it Easier - a health literacy action plan for Scotland 2017-2025

Towards the end of 2016, the Health and Social Care Delivery Plan made a commitment to refresh our actions on health literacy.

Today we have published this refreshed action plan. It has been developed collaboratively. We want to continue in that way as we implement its actions. There's lots of work to do to make Scotland a more health literate nation, so we're keen for your support.

The refreshed action plan is available here - http://www.gov.scot/Resource/0052/00528139.pdf

This is the start of our work in this new phase, so let’s work together to share, embed, develop and design health literacy responsive supports, services and organisations across Scotland.

Contact details are below. Please get in contact if you want to hear more about how we can work together to make it happen.
